A hand picked wine from several prime estates in South Australian and Victoria to give the best expression of cabernet. Luscious aromas of black fruit and spice are evident at first. Later followed by spice and earth. On the palate, definitely fruit forward with dark fruit and nicely balanced tannins. Long finish and gives you something to chew on at the end.
