| Temata Pinot Noir Hawkes Bay, New Zealand Gamay Noir, 2004 Price: $29
These are cru grapes brought over form Beaujolias to start this magnificent wine. The wine was made in the carbonic maceration technique and aged in French oak. What follows is rose petals and raspberries on the nose and supple fine delicious dry cranberry palate flavor. This is just great wine that should be served slightly chilled. Only 7 cases made it to the NYC area: all here.
